Simple Abundance Yoga periodically sponsors special classes and workshops for
its students and for those who may be interested in the health benefits of
yoga. Below is a listing and description of some of classes and workshops. As
always, we enjoy hearing from you about special classes or workshops that you
may be interested in attending.
Black Light Yoga™ is a fun way to practice yoga with your family and friends. The
studio will be lit with blacklights and a few candles. You will recognize music
from the last 4 decades, taking you back to joyful times in your life. The
practice is suitable for all levels and all ages. Only $5 per person. Come join
the fun!

Have you always wanted to try yoga, but been hesitant to come to your first
class? Have you been practicing at home, but need an instructor to guide you
through the movements safely to help take your home practice to a new level? Or
are you a regular yoga student who would just like to have more time to learn
about each posture and be able to ask questions? This workshop is for you! We
will focus on how to find YOUR pose with the pose, safely and with confidence.
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask any questions that you have had or
that come up during the workshop. It is a great way to learn more about the
benefits of yoga and how to incorporate yoga into your daily life.
This is a wonderful way to practice yoga with someone you care about. The
practice is lighthearted and fun, but also a very nice way to connect with each
other. The end of practice is particularly pleasant; as you will learn how to
help each other feel more comfortable in the final resting pose by doing
wonderful adjustments. It is a treat to give to yourself and your partner!
Lamont is now providing Yoga for TMJ Private Sessions and Yoga for TMJ.
Additionally, there are several classes that are particularly appropriate for
those suffering with TMJ pain. Feel free to contact us for recommendations.

Although we do not currently offer a Prenatal Yoga class, many of our classes
are appropriate for women who are expecting.

Yoga has been shown to prevent and relieve headaches and migraines. We
periodically provide special workshops related to yoga and headahces. Feel free
