I look forward to yoga class each week, because I know that on those nights I
will get a good night’s sleep (as opposed to most other nights when I struggle
with insomnia). My body feels good, my mind relaxes and my spirit is restored.
Wendy makes it easy to participate (especially for a beginner like me),
explaining things well and encouraging us to make the time our time.
Having Wendy and Lamont offer yoga classes at our church has been
transformative for our whole congregation – helping people to find us and
connecting people with their body and spirit on a very deep level.

blanket to sit on and use for the final resting pose, and any props you may
need to feel more comfortable in your practice.
