Many of the students who come to our studio share that after researching and
exploring other studios, they find Simple Abundance Yoga to be unqiue in many
ways. They suggest that it would be helpful to have a summary of what makes SAY
unique. With that in mind, we have added the following information:
.................................................................................
♥ Simple Abundance Yoga is the only yoga studio in the Tri-Cities area which
is dedicated solely to the instruction of yoga.
♥ Simple Abundance Yoga is the only studio in the Tri-Cities that is owned and
managed by its teachers and exclusively focuses on the practice of yoga and
sharing its health benefits to our community.
♥ All of our instructors are certified through a minimum of a nine-month
230-hour teacher training certification program recognized by the Yoga
Alliance.
♥ All of our instructors are registered yoga teachers through the Yoga
Alliance, the only recognized authority in the US that administrates and
manages standards related to yoga teacher training and yoga schools.
♥ Wendy has completed over 2,000 hours of teaching and is registered with the
Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 teacher. The “E” designation indicates a teacher
that has attained a minimum teaching experience level of 1,000 hours. In 2007,
Wendy began working towards her advanced studies certification to attain her
E-RYT 500
♥ Lamont has been teaching since early 2006 and is registered with the Yoga
Alliance as an RYT 200 teacher. He is working towards his E-RYT designation and
began pursuing his advanced studies certification in 2007 to attain his RYT
500.
♥ Simple Abundance Yoga is one of only a few yoga studios in the southeast US
which offers specific therapeutic yoga classes.
♥ Our mission of Simple Abundance Yoga is to provide yoga in a safe, welcoming
and supportive environment, with a focus on yoga students who have chosen to
practice yoga as part of their path to overall wellness.
.................................................................................
...............................................................
Bottomline, regardless of the studio you visit, you should not only feel comfortable
and most importantly feel a connection with your yoga teacher.
Peace & blessing!
