Finding peace within yourself may seem like a difficult if not impossible task in today's hectic world
-- particularly in light of today's challenging economic times.
No one seems immune from the trying circumstances of life.
And while it may seem like the easiest thing we do during our day,
breathing mindfully can be challenging for many people. As our
lives become stressful, the simple act of breathing in and out, becomes
difficult. It's easy to lose our breath to the chaos that surrounds us.
Our Inner Peace class focuses on connecting your breath to the mindful movement of yoga poses.
Theses poses focus on the release of stress and tension in the body and mind.
It is through this reconnection within yourself that you find the peace within.
You may begin this class at any time and it is appropriate for any level student.
This class is great for those who are new to yoga and wishing to feel more
comfortable with their breath before trying a flow class, as well as those who
have been practicing and are interested in approaching their practice from a potentially different persepctive.
The Inner Peace class is also a wonderful complementary class to other classes offered at
our studio.
