Class Descriptions Class Descriptions at Simple Abundance Yoga
All classes are appropriate for all levels of students. As always, it is appropriate to honor where you are in your own practice and to make modifications as necessary.

Women's Fellowship Yoga
A yoga class specifically addressing the needs of women -- this is a beautiful class for women of all ages.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Moving slowly and mindfully with the breath, a great class for beginner students to learn how to flow safely from one pose to the next.This class is appropriate for those with TMJ pain, IBS or migraines.

Morning Flow Yoga
A gentle flow yoga class warming the muscles up slowly through gentle stretches to start your day with renewed energy and a smile on your face

Afternoon Flow Yoga
An afternoon yoga class will help you avoid hitting that late afternoon slump with a fun flow class that will carry you into the evening.


Down to Basics Yoga
A great yoga class for all levels, including beginning students, those renewing their practice, and those who wish to explore modifications and variations of the different yoga poses.

Down to the Core Yoga
A more physically challenging yoga class that focuses on strengthening the core muscles to promote better posture and overall health. Specific poses target the core muscles and are held longer to build core strength.

Yes! You Can Yoga
A therapeutic yoga class focusing beyond physical challenges. Great for those with MS, Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia, etc. Individualized instruction and gentle movements. Please call in advance before attending your first class.

Restore & Renew Yoga
Move comfortably and slowly through yoga poses to promote relaxation and reconnection with body and breath. Appropriate for all students, this yoga class focuses on poses that are generally closer to the mat. Be prepared for a gentle and relaxed pace that will restore your body, mind, and spirit. This class is highly recommended for those dealing with TMJ pain, IBS or migraines.

Inner Peace Yoga
A gentle flow yoga class focusing on mindful movement while reconnecting with your breath to find the peace within.
